        Just picked up a truck here during business hours and no one was available. Did the app based pick up and the truck appeared fine. Upon leaving the driveway, the truck sputtered and died. No one to help and neighbors riddled with trash & graffiti. Never again from this U-Haul. Wasting my precious time waiting for a service provider because U-Haul is a virtual comapny now.

        Thank you for the person that helped me to reserve a truck I really appreciate that person I hope she gets a raise and she did everything for my family to get home safely and get a truck as fast as I can I had to drive a hundred miles to get a truck the next day Oakland did not have no trucks in this lady from Atlanta on the phone got me reservations to pick up a truck at Tracy's and I really appreciate her time and helping me get one

        I made a reservation for 11pm to pick up a truck. I get there a little early and the office is closed. Wasnt a big deal if I hadnt waited 30 minutes and been on the phone with customer support to help fix my problem. I did get my $50 reservation refund back and was sent to a new location. There online listings say they are open. The sign on the door says they are open. The locked door and lack of lights in the building say otherwise. 100% dont recommend this location. I will be sitting in a lot of traffic trying to move today because of this.
