Extremely unprofessional. They built my home years ago and I called as directed by the county and my lawyer to get verification on the recording on the lot description. They have a Filipino lady that answers the phone, does not understand or speak proper English, refuses to connect you to anyone and then wont even give you her name. A male was obviously in the background helping her speak and then had the nerves to tell her to tell me they dont carry blueprint, legal descriptions or deeds on any of the houses or properties they built. All I needed was to verify my unit on the original deed since the recorded deed is inaccurate. Such a shame as Im closing on land and wouldve used them as the builders for this project but seeing how they have absolutely no knowledge on customer service or professionalism that will not occur. If youre buying a property or building a property save yourself the headache of dealing with an unorganized unprofessional company and go somewhere where they atleast have someone who can speak English answering the phones.

When you work with Ironman you work with a quality contractor, end of story. Their team will push to make sure all issues are coordinated in design and in the shop eliminating most of the field issues. When there are field issues they get it done. Would work with them anytime.

Super UNPROFESSIONAL! I called today as directed by the County, Escrow, HOA  and my lawyer to retrieve a copy of the original legal description of the home I own. The recorded deed I have lists the incorrect unit number and in order to find out whether this was a clerical error or whether the builder recorded all units with different unit numbers on the lot description. This is required in order to determine the next course of action. I called and spoke to a Filipino lady that refused to allow me to speak to anyone, refused to answer question, refused to direct me, refused to give her name and then told me "she is not allowed to talk to me so to mail any legal papers". WOW! Is this what this company thinks is customer service or professionalism. Then a male in the background told her to tell me that they do not keep any documents on the properties they built! Clearly that a lie buts it's against the law for them not to have that. They take your money, build your stuff then completely wipe their hands. You guys should invest in an English speaking receptionist that can actually help your customers and clients. Now I will have my lawyer take over as this company is obstructing my abilities to ensure my asset is properly recorded. Sad thing is at a time where people should be helping people, this company does not care about you, let's see how they feel when they get served with legal papers for the inaccurate and improper ha dealing of my initial recording and now for obstructing the corrections. Technically the way they have my home set up, I own my neighbors home- you would think they'd need to correct that ASAP before it falls on them but clearly they don't care.

The company personnel at Ironman did their best to help me. I was in a jam at a project and needed an LADBS fabricator for some fish plates. The estimating team was very helpful and were executing the work when the owner told them not to do it, too small to waste their time. He basically pulled the plug at the last moment. He did not "Respectfully pass" on our project - quite the opposite. We finally got another company to help us. I have since used JMI Steel to complete a half dozen soft story retrofit jobs for my company with over 100K worth of structural steel work going to them with another dozen projects lined up for next year. It pays to be respectful to customers, you never know where it will lead.
