The worst company to deal with. I am so sad that I had my system installed by this company who give you a 25 year warranty and after the system was installed, I can't get a hold of anyone with the numbers they have given me. Have left so many messages on the numbers and nobody has called. It is coming to be nearly an year since the installation and even the people who worked with the installation are not answering their phones now. The 800 number only takes a message and nobody ever returns calls. If anyone reading this has any information about this company, please be kind enough to supply me contact numbers that actually work for you where you can talk to someone. If this company has any owners, they should be looking into how customer service is working and I feel that they are a big sham and is good at the installation but are not available for any warranty work even in basics as system problems.

Enerpower is a scam we got solar panels installed in July of 2022, and have yet been able to use them because waiting for the panel upgrade to be finished. When we were able to get ahold of someone they always saw they are working on it and then they stop taking your calls. And now we cant get ahold of anyone at the company and when you looks the number up online they answer the phone Energon, they are crooks and will not finish the job. Avoid these people!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Wish I could give them a Zero Star Rating

Total spam They will advertise on Facebook and then scam you They will start your project take money from bank on your behalf and will never finish your project Its been almost one year now they will not pickup your phone and you Will paying your installment every month and now I am already in a process to complaint to consumers form and hiring law firm to take proper action against them

Scammers. Liers. Do not use them... Be careful!!!!!! Adam and Claudia are their names. They disappeared!!!! After months fighting with this stupid people, we have our credit score back. Oh no!! It was a nightmare fight with them. But we did it!! And we didn't pay anything. They sent me to collections but I didn't scare of them. They're being calling me and calling me, but I always do the same.." I don't have to pay for something like that, you didn't install anything" 9 months fighting.

Wish there was an OPTION FOR ZERO STAR!!!!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. We got our installation done in MAY 2022 and still our SOLAR is not ACTIVE. We called so many times no one answers and I called their main customer service the 844 # it is disconnected. ITS A SCAM!!!! VERYYYYYYYY disappointing!
