Catherine, the manager was super rude and did not want to help my husband and I when we were told that we would be prorated until our move out day on the 12th because there was miscommunication on the employees that work here now we are responsible for the full months rent just because of their fault and the fact that they told us that it's prorated . They are super rude and we will never be using their storage units again. they will just steal your money.

The staff were helpful when I asked about the move in process they explained everything in detail. Frank and Jenn were very helpful and Jenn showed me a few options that I could use for unit size. Frank was great with trying to find me a great deal and was unable to find any but I would definitely will come back when I can find movers and and get help moving my items in.

Great storage in town best one in the valley clean safe and friendly professional staff. Bathrooms and great hours near 711 and food places been with them about a year I believe and my stuff is in safe hands. Appreciate business like storage DeSoto . You're person belongs and memories are in good hands. True to honest review
