A person buying rail road ties has to negotiate being able to pick the rail road ties that you want but it is extremely hard to on most of them. They will not do that at all with the lower priced ones.
Most people just buy the $ 29.00 ones(most expensive) because it seems to cost around the same amount for each rail road tie and it does not take up too much of your time..
If your going to try to get a better price negotiating, have several hours, and like to debate/negotiations... Well you are at the right place.. but the few measly dollars saved did NOT equal the best deal when all is factored in..
Cost of each individual rail road ties + time spent negotiating + condition of each rail road ties = TOO Much SPENT (time + $$$ + condition of tie + stress) Most EXPENSIVE and My time is worth more too....
