Absolutely useless company. Reported to better business bureau

Charter/Spectrum Cable (See Gizmodo's article "Crucifixion of the Cable Guy) retaliated against me in my work place injury to my spine being delayed and denied, despite fraud statement to Workers Compensation Enforcement Unit showing ESIS AIU AIG Insurance Representative, Human Resources, and Supervisor admitting to retaliating by trying to place me on unpaid leave for seeking private medical care, and commiting insurance fraud by stating they were not going to file it as work related despite physicians stating it was work related. They refused to investigate and hold parties guilty of insurance fraud against me. Finally ESIS that also was party to the insurance fraud, finally accepted liability for my spine but no compensation awarded. Now this law firm is helping Charter in their continued retaliation in trying to have me to return to work where Charter placed my health and life in danger. I explained to their case manager that Lincoln Financial Long Term Disability Insurance Carrier for Charter determined based on all the medical evidence submitted by all the physicians who have provided medical care and testing, concluded that I was disabled and not able to work in my field as a cable technician. They assisted in contracting with Genex to apply for Social Security Disability for me, and after submitting all the medical evidence to them, they awarded Social Security Disability. Lincoln Financial Long Term Disability Insurance Company and the Social Security Administration both concluded I was totally disabled. With those two determinations I applied to the Veterans Administration and with all the medical evidence they also concluded I was not only disabled but was given the "Unemployability Status and paid at the 100% Disability Rating. Lincoln Financial Long Term Disability Insurance again after a 24 months period, looked at the additional medical evidence provided and determined that not only could I not work in my field or job, but could not work in any other job. Despite this evidence the Workers Compensation Status Post Doctors being denied critical tests to rule out "Crush Syndrome", Cervical Radiculopathy, and other tests, had to end their care without being able to properly evaluate total disabilities with Carpal Tunnel Disability or Cervical Spine Radiculopathy/Stenosis, the doctor stated I was permanent and stationary. This finding allows my case manager to state they do not have to go by the determinations of being declared disabled by non-corrupt Workers Compensation entities, talking over me in a recent phone conversation, stating these institutions findings bore no weight in my being declared conclusively of being totally disabled. Now Charter's Human Resources is beginning their retaliation again despite the employer terminating my employment as a result of my short term disability of 26 weeks ending. I had to cash out my 401K and my IRA. I ceased to be an employee once the long term disability was approved, but they are trying to state I am still an employee who can go back to work to intentionally allow Charter to lower the compensation for my disabilities and this law firm is allowing this to happen. It is terrible being victimized by your employer and then your law firm assisting them to continue victimizing me. Workers Compensation is a corrupt system meant to protect employers, and even attorneys representing injured workers become part of the injustice perpetrated against injured workers. The case manager for this law firm, is assisting Charter's lawyers, and Human Resources to continue their workplace retaliation for daring to report that Charter Cable was defrauding their customers by hiding effects of defective power supplies that was denying customers reliable internet and wireless service all across the nation. I am hoping this review will cause the law firm to do the right thing, if they do I will rewrite this review and tell everyone they came to my rescue instead.

Terrible Service, can never get a call back from anyone at this location. Let me throw a specific name out there. TERRY ESTACIO is the specific individual that has been assigned the case and continued to ignore phone messages or answer the phone when called.

They don't pick up the phone, they always have excuses about why my check is late. I went from November 23 to December 27 without my workers comp check. I had to pay my credit cards, car payment and loan late because of this. I went through Christmas without a cent. Now it turns out that someone cashed out one of my checks and it's going under investigation so I won't see it for another month. I propose we sue them, I've read many reviews on them and it seems that they don't learn from there mistakes and are not bothered with it. If this is something thar keeps happening why not have safety measures. That way our money isn't late. But they are ok with us getting our stuff late and seeing us without . So if I get enough feed back on this review I'll look into a lawyer to help us with this. If we have to pay late fees do to late checks then they should be the ones paying it. Again if I get a significant amount of positive votes I'm willing to call a lawyer
