This is not a retail store at all, but a row of garages that store pieces parts. If you are okay with that great, if not I'd look elsewhere. They have to do extra security if your addresses for shipping and billing are different--no actual retailer does this nor has it been a problem anywhere else with different bill to or ship to address. Order was cancelled in minutes seeing whoever this is needed to know more personal information than was necessary. Guess making money is not what this operation is about

This business is not a retail store. The reason that I gave a 1 star review was because the person who answered the phone was quite rude. He informed me, very unpleasantly, that this was not a retail business. I can understand that, however, that could have been communicated in a nicer way. Perhaps industrial customers would have better customer service experience, but that seems unlikely.
