Mike came to our door as a lot of contractors do, cold calling and we liked him. We paid to have the flat roof redone, the HVAC extended into our kids room and a light/fan installed in their room as well. This was 4+ years ago and every time it rains the ducting leaks into the kids room and the edge of their ceiling appears water damaged as well. I recently learned that there is recourse and I can go to the Board of Contractors and make a formal complaint which I will be doing. Service: General construction

SCCCI did a great job painting the exterior and interior of our home. We did a color change and we are happy with the results. The crews were very professional and the owner helped us make the color choices. We recommend them for all your painting needs.

We have used SCCCI many times over the years, from replacing windows and doors, to bathroom remodel to pouring sidewalk and driveway, and our wonderful pergolas and Trex patios. Working with Jesus, Jorge, Arturo, and Serene was delightful! Given the quality work, they are very reasonable. We will keep using them in years to come!

So far so good! We initially had them come over to replace our kitchen ceiling due to a roof leak. As we thought about it, it made sense to address the outdated and inefficient lighting at the same time. As we consulted with Mike and Henry from SCCCI, we found them so professional and friendly we decided it was probably time to renovate our old kitchen. As of now, we're smack dab in the middle of a big project. The crew shows up on time, they're super friendly and they stay busy (and positive) all day. We've had no trouble getting hold of anybody for any of our numerous questions and requests. They've also been very proactive with communication from their end with updates and next steps. We will probably be using them for our bathroom remodel too. We've already recommended them to several friends without hesitation. After waiting 20 years for a new kitchen, we'll be excited to share the final results.
