I am very happy I chose Home Construction Solutions for a new roof. Daniel has integrity! He patiently worked out a plan to enable me to have a new roof that I liked and could afford. His company did a great job in a timely manner. Now I can enjoy listening to rain on the roof without grimacing and worrying about leaks and damage being done to my home.

Having owned my own distribution company of petroleum equipment I am very familiar with contractor's operating tactics. This company delivered what they promised and more. The schedule was followed exactly as discussed. Very professional crew. One team came and removed the solar panels. The next day another crew came and fixed the roof in one long day. The third day the first crew came back and installed the solar panels according to specs. Daniel took care of all the permits and coordination. The price was very competitive. It was the only company that offered the whole repair of the roof with a thirty years warranty and everything included independently if the wood, cover, tiles, etc. were in good or bad conditions. All other companies couldn't warranty extra charges until they started the job and remove the tiles. Pictures of the roof before and after were also provided. I'll definitively recommend Daniel and his company for any roof or construction work needed. It's a different kind of company with very good principles and commitment.

Daniel and his workers did an fantastic job. My house looks brand new! If you need some quality work done in a very time efficient manner, I highly recommend Home Construction Solutions. They also work with the HERO program that helps finance home improvements that are environmentally conscience. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great experience!
