I really appreciated living in this apartment complex! It offers incredible value for what you get. While some of the apartment units might be a tad outdated, the overall charm and cleanliness of the complex more than make up for it. Plus, it's incredibly affordable and, most importantly, safe. Having lived in numerous complexes in the Valley, finding one that strikes the perfect balance of safety, cleanliness, and affordability is a rarity.I have to give credit to Iris, the manager, for maintaining such high standards. She enforces rules, but it's these very rules that contribute to the peaceful and pristine environment we all enjoy coming home to. Tenants who respect these rules tend to stay for the long haul because they recognize the exceptional value this complex offers. It's refreshing to see owners who prioritize tenant satisfaction over pure profit margins.Overall, if you're someone who can abide by a few reasonable rules, this place is an absolute gem. And Iris, as a diligent leader, ensures that everyone follows them, which only adds to the overall positive living experience. I highly recommend this complex to anyone seeking a clean, safe, and affordable place to call home!

Management has power trips. You get scolded as a child. Iris, apartment manager, is rude, incapable of having a civil conversation without giving attitude and believes she is always right. She doesnt have the ability of speaking to tenants in a way that is inviting. She creates a very hostile environment. She is known to accuse you of breaking things when requesting a repair. The repair themselves are from cheap material and mostly always half done correctly. Apartments are definitely on the cheaper end for this block but its due to owners not investing back into their property. Old materials, bad wood, no central air, no updates in units for years and simply put- owners seem to be incapable of investing back into these apartments. Theres a difference between law & order, which they maintain well, but youll definitely feel like you are a prisoner. Owners are well aware of how apartment manager treats tenants but they dont care. They only care that through her we all pay rent on time. This should be a given. They should realize that you dont need someone as rude, mean and insensitive to run these building to have their tenants pay on time especially when you have many vacant spaces due to management driving people away -once they realize how she is. You can have a good attitude and still provoke respect.
