Lemarsh Gardens

We had some water damage due to a broken toilet hose in the floor above and had to deal with some flooding in the front hallway and the bathroom at 3am. The cleaning crew that came the first day everything was dry did an AMAZING job! They deep cleaned the front hallway and the bathroom, they looked brand new when they were done. They restuccoed the ceiling parts that had water damage and took care of the damaged light fixture. The crew was sweet and quiet and did a fantastic job very fast and both my boyfriend and I were surprised and impressed with the job they did.

Ive lived here for 7 years with no complaints. The grounds are always clean with a sparkling pool and updated clubhouse. Anytime I need something fixed I can always count one Steph ! She definitely knows how to run a building ! Always a great conversation when we pass each other in the hallways. Thank you

Depressing run down & shabby. With its dark dank hallways, it felt more like a prison or poorly funded county sanitarium. You pay ALL utilities. Definitely not a place I would want to live or even visit again.

I lived at Lemarsh Gardens for over 2 years. I can't thank Stephanie enough. She ran my credit and made sure I was able to move in quickly. Amazing neighborhood too. The local schools are simply the best.

I've lived at Le Marsh Gardens for almost 4 years. I consider this my home and highly recommend it to all perspective renters. The grounds are always clean and the maintenance is on top of everything. The pool is nice and clean. The manager is very sweet.
