Living here for 4 + years was a good experience. Spacious apartments and responsive maintenance amenities are good and well maintained all the time, Thank you, Ashley, for your professionalism and your prompt support regarding my concerns. I would recommend living here at Waterstone if you are moving to Chatsworth. Compared with other complexes in the area, Waterstone is one of the best.

If you're considering a move, I highly recommend Waterstone Apartments for its exceptional team and the genuine sense of community they foster. We have been living here for more than 3 years. We simply love it. Great, polite courteous and responsive staff! The management is great and we undoubtedly enjoy being here. Neighbors are great and the families living here are very considerate of each other. We strongly recommend this place and appreciate the services this management is delivering!
