Dr. Martens Los Cerritos

Went in to do some Christmas shopping and was not greeted by anybody. I then asked for a size and an associate just rolled her eyes and proceeded to have a conversation with the other associates. Theres no reason for 10 employees to be working when nobody is providing customer service. Will definitely not return to this location!

I came in here to return the jorge mules in ocelot and they were like "nah don't return them, they're fire" (they also don't take online returns, I didn't know) and JJ was so helpful all around. Another employee offered to box them back up for me and get me a Dr. Martens bag which was nice for like no reason. The store was packed with people, we had a freakin double stroller (and three kids) and I feel like I was given the best customer service ive had in like ten years. Moral of the story is that my shoes are so sick, Im really glad I came in here!

The store manager Joey has gone above and beyond for us multiple times. He came through when I needed to find shoes for my wedding. My go-to store now!

I had a fantastic shopping experience at the store today, thanks to Alex, the sales rep who assisted my husband and me. Alex was incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to assist us without making us feel rushed. He provided excellent guidance as I selected my boots, making sure I made the right choice. The store itself is well-organized and clean, with a fully stocked inventory. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and walked out feeling extremely satisfied with my purchase. Alex's exceptional service and the store's pleasant environment made for a memorable shopping trip. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of working with Alex during our recent visit to the store, and I must say, he provided exceptional assistance. My wife and I were quite indecisive, but Alex's patience and understanding made our shopping experience enjoyable. What sets Alex apart is his in-depth product knowledge, as he wears the items himself, which enabled him to provide valuable recommendations. All our questions were answered with a smile, and as a result, we ended up leaving the store with not just one pair of boots, but two pairs of shoes and a handbag.
