    Sept 1, 2021, called in around 8a. African American rep with a NASTY, FOUL attitude. She did her best to talk over me as much as she could. I asked for a supervisor. She said there wasn't one. Okay. So I gave it right back to her, the nasty attitude. She couldn't take it. Suddenly, she found a supervisor. I then spoke with Sophia, Destiny, Angie and Chris! Yes, THAT many transfers! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service. Just the worst.

    Worst, pre approval agency to deal with. And I deal with a lot. It is a nightmare to have an Ultrasound approved through this agency. Look else where if you are looking..

    Spent 1.5 hrs trying to do a peer-to-peer for a cancer pt. After speaking with 4 people who had no idea how to get me to the correct department, I was transferred to a 5th woman. It concerns me to think she may actually have been a "peer" of some kind - the conversation was so disjointed I truly have no idea. She proceeded to accuse me of lying in my request, yet had zero concept of what I was asking for, and sounded as though she had essentially no medical knowledge at all. She became incredibly dismissive, and hung up on me when I finally asked for her name. This has been hands down the most unprofessional and frankly unethical interaction I've had to date in my medical career. I cannot fathom how a business is able to operate this way. Even their website phone numbers, including the "General Questions" line, loop into the same repetitive teleprompts, all of which end in requiring an extension or full name in order to speak to someone. Shameful. And incredibly suspicious. As the previous provider said, I hope this helps someone.

    tried to solicit me and my clinic as I tried politely to tell them not at this time . He then became rude and dismissive telling me how dumb I was and how much $$$ money they could make me. Never call me again. I hope this review helps someone
