Experience with State Farm has been great. Great customer service! On my birthday I was pretty bummed no one remembered, but one of the State Farm agents called me to greet me Happy Birthday. It really made my day. Marisol has been very helpful with going over my policy and helping me understand what I signed up for. I highly recommend using State Farm.

Lopez family, we have been with State Farm before Mrs. Beth took over this location. I forgot the previous gentleman name, he was so real, humble, kind, always going the extra mile, to make sure his clients feel @ ease.Mrs. Beth is nice as well & yes we had our differences in the past like when state farm did not pay for damages on one of our vehicles b/c we were NOT COVERED UNDER UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE COVERAGE!!! Meaning, like if you are on the freeway and someone has a truck and belongings fall off the truck like metal chairs etcor someone hits your vehicle and flees from the location..STATE FARM will not pay outNope it never got resolved & I had to pay for all the damages However, now I know what to do moving forward, I was always comparing prices with other companies believe it or not STATE FARM was always the lowest deal. Even, if you try to go with a company claiming cheaper rates don't fall for it Like we did on one of our vehicles and we did not get the same quality service like Mrs. Beth office staff offersTherefore, I have been consulting with Mrs. Janet H. In regards to getting another family member covered and asking so many vital questions to our plan. I was on the phone with her for a few hours & she was so kind, patient, soft spoken voice, calm, & if she did not have the answer, she will ask. All the staff is also so kind. However, Mrs. Janet H. Your service is A+++! Fast response and always helpful! I am 100% satisfied! Also, the rate was pretty good., however, wish one day the prices will come down !!! Special kudos to Mrs. Janet H. for going the extra mile, to email me information in regards to our plan and making sure we are happy!!That is what I call great customer serviceThank you Mrs. Janet H. for completing such a diligent assignment!!!

This agency is the best!!!! Beth and her staff respond the same day to questions and are happy to research my questions. The entire team is friendly and most helpful. State Farm is lucky to have such a professional team.
