I highly recommend Dr. Matsumoto. I have been going there many years. Since I retired & moved to the high desert, I still make the long drive to see him. He is very competent, & gentle. His hygienist, Terri is excellent too. She does a good job with cleanings & is gentle & polite. Their office is clean, the ambiance is calming. After trying dentists in the high desert & being disappointed, I will make the drive to get quality treatment.

I started going to Dr Fred when I was in the 6th grade.  Now almost 40 years later I'm going to the same office and seeing his son, Dr. Mike.  He is a great dentist and is gentle and I always go with no trepidation.  I still hate getting x-rays but I highly recommend this office!

Dr Mike (son of Fred) is thorough and efficient. The hygienists are meticulous and have even identified loose ortho apparatus I had, so that I could have addressed at my next orthodontist appointment! The front desk is very friendly and accommodating, so I'm not sure why other reviewers say otherwise. (Perhaps it was the dental practice's answering service who answered and wasn't able to address dental questions or appointments.) In any case, I've had nothing by excellent service at this office and have recommended them to other folks!

Poor Customer service. As a business owner I always Identify myself. I called in to make a new patient appointment and  I was hung up on. Pass on this office.

I have been going to Dr. Matsumoto's dental office for many years.  First I was a patient of "Dr. Fred".  He is, now semi-retired and I have seen his son, "Dr. Mike".  Both Father and son are very gentle, polite, and do excellent work.  Recently I have moved to the High Desert/Victor Valley area, and have yet to find a dentist that I like as much.  I will be driving to Cerritos to see Dr. Mike because of how satisfied I am with him.  I highly recommend this dental office.
