        Jim defines the phrase goes above and beyond. We use the Notebookshop to supply not just laptops but also desktops and monitors for all our clients. Jim provides white glove service on all machines including custom imaging and now autopilot enrollment for Intune. We couldnt run our business without him!

        Steve took care of my laptop repair in no time! I've been coming to this place for years. My first purchase was.a Fujitsu laptop and lasted for a long time. Prices are very reasonable and service is with high quality.

        Updated 2023: My laptop screen cracked, along with other issues, and I took it in; they were as helpful as last time and didn't charge to do a quick evaluation and were transparent about the cost to fix. They also suggested some similar laptop models when I asked and didn't try to upsell/peer pressure me into buying/making a decision right away, which I greatly appreciate! Will return and recommend if I need to
