We have been going here for many years and like always weve had a great experience with having flowers arrangements tailed to out specific liking, this time we placed an order for a boutonniere with a Christmas theme and they did a beautiful job.

I received this beautiful Christmas bouquet with flowers resembling my White Shihtzu dog, and I was amazed; it was humorous and captivating.

Went to the business, placed an order for a bouquet. I was suppose to pick up at 4 pm. I get there at 4:12. I woman was covering for her sick mother in law. She said shed never worked in the shop & didnt know what she was doing. I said okay, I understand. She looked for my bouquet, couldnt find it. She called & the woman said it should be there. Then the woman on the phone wanted her to make my bouquet. I said no thank you Ill take a refund. To which she got very rude She had my receipt in her hand, she crumbled it up & threw it away. I asked for my receipt back, she gave it back to me crumbled up. I received a partial refund. I called numerous times no answer or straight to voicemail. I finally went back to the shop & she gave me the other part of my refund. Ill never go back there.
