I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time in many years, my roommate ask me to take her car in to get the oil changed, I was so impressed, with the cleanliness, the attitude, the professionalism of the entire staff. They got me in and out as fast as possible. They brought me in the filters off of the car, oh my they were very dirty, they did need to be changed. The day after taking in the car in I looked through the back window and they even fixed the window tint that was getting ready to peel off, I had to take a second look and sure enough they did fix the tint without being asked, to me that was a very important.I will thank the new manager when I see him again, his name is Victor, he was outstanding, he was so polite, he dressed very neat and clean, he was very professional, he had a great personality, and he walked very proud to be in his new position of the manager of Jiffy Lube, you could tell that his employees were very happy with him and they all worked well together. Give them a try, you might never have to go to another mechanic again...I was 100% satisfied.
