100% grade A service! They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I was having a horrible time trying to figure out a problem I was having with my car and when I brought it to them they figured it out and had it finished for me within 2 days! They're extremely reasonable and honest with their pricing as well! Don't hesitate to bring your car issues to them. Thanks again Jun!

I was in Palm Springs for a high school basketball tournament with my wife and kids. Drove down from the SF Bay Area, after we arrived, while leaving the tournament on night one, I started my Audi and immediately the dash board lit up stating my transmission failedcar went into limp mode and we were stuck. Called for a tow and had the car towed to our hotel. The next morning I called a shop recommended to me by a family member in the area, the mechanic said he was buried and couldnt take on any more vehicles, asked him for someone as Im from outta town and in a very tough spot. He said Juntek could help me out. I called them up and explained the situation, they said bring it in, called AAA to have them tow it to Juntek, arrived at the shop about an hour later. Told them what was going on and they said we will figure it out and call you back when we know whats going on. Went out to lunch and got a call about 2 hours after drop off, bracing for a huge repair bill, he simply said, you can come get your car, theres nothing wrong with it. He said the codes went away and it was probably an error. He charged me $100 for the diagnostics, and I havent had a single problem sincethank you Juntek, you saved our trip! BTW- Our team took 2nd place and my son was selected for the All-Tournament team, in case you were wondering! Service: Auto engine diagnostic
