I came back to work here when it became the EBPA in 2016. It has become a facility that inspires staff to provide the best care to the residents. The staff here are professional, happy and respectful. I just love working here!!

I want to give Five star to the facility and nurses/ CNA because of good service and wonderful nurses especially Nurse Elizabeth C. because she is patient and very professional. I like this place and will recommend for family and friends. thank you so much.

This place helped save my dad's life. After he had stroke, several other health issues started to come up and if not for the nurses attention and quick response I don't know if he would have made it. Once discharged from the hospital he needed 24/7 care. This post acute skilled nursing home offered the necessities needed and more. Overall our experience was good because I wanted to make it work. Meaning I helped out where I could (brought some comfort food every now and then, kept all family members who lived nearby on same page so we could visit regularly, kept hope when it got dark and scary.) The nurses and staff were good people doing a very challenging job. I approached them with respect and that is what I received back. Many thanks to the nurses, Grace at the front desk, cleaning crew, physical therapists and case manager Anjani. Now that our family is on to next step of recovery I really look back at this place and realize it was blessing.
