I decided to try out chiropractic care with Dr. Henstock after years of neck and shoulder pain and stiffness, that I had just accepted as my norm. :( Dr. Henstock is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain chiropractic care and the process of what was going on in my body. After some adjustments, my neck stiffness and shoulder pain are completely gone. My regular workouts are easier, because my body and spine are more aligned and my mobility is increased. I recommend Henstock Chiropractic with no reservations. Their system and availability for return appointments is also very convenient. I've had an amazing experience and I am so thankful for the positive impact that Dr. Henstock's care has had on my daily life.

Dr. Henstock is incredible! I've had chronic pain for the past two years from injuries, but after being under his care, it's made a HUGE difference in my physical comfort, allowing me to resume activities I thought I may have to give up. It's great having a doc I can trust and who just "gets" what is going on in my body and can apply treatment that improves things!

I love Dr Henstock and his wife Lindsey who runs the office. They are kind, professional and extremely skilled. Dr. Henstock feels each vertebra for mobility and treatment and then does adjustments. His touch is warm and healing.

We love going to Dr. Henstock's office! He takes the time to explain what he is doing and how it will improve mobility. He makes you feel very comfortable. Lindsey is also amazing. She is very welcoming and takes the time to get to know everyone that walks in the door! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for chiropractic care!
