I went to eat with my boss Michael and I have to say the establishment was very clean. The Manager Alicia was really respectful and kind made sure that my meal was good and satisfying. I really would recommend if you are around to go ahead and stop by you wont regret it.
Parking: There is always parking there.

Had an amazing experience at this location. I had gone in and had dinner with my best friend Micheal. I had questions on certain items, and Manger Alicia helped me out all the way. The property was very clean. Since the moment I walked in the staff greeted me. They made me feel as if they truly cared for me. Seeing as I asked for my chicken to be extra juicy and she did not disappoint. All the way until the moment I left and they had said thank you for coming in and have a great day. I will be recommending this location to everyone and anyone. Great job Pollo Loco Team, you are the best.

Excellent Dining Experience at Pollo Loco Thanks to Manager Alicia
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pollo Loco, and I must say that my experience was greatly enhanced by the outstanding service provided by Manager Alicia.
From the moment I walked in, Alicia greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout my entire visit. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my dining experience was exceptional.
Alicia's leadership skills were evident as she efficiently managed the restaurant's operations, ensuring that all guests were attended to promptly and that orders were prepared and served in a timely manner. Despite the bustling atmosphere, she remained calm and composed, which helped create a relaxed and enjoyable dining environment for everyone.
What truly stood out to me was Alicia's dedication to customer satisfaction. She took the time to check in with each table, ensuring that everyone's needs were met and addressing any concerns promptly. Her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in ensuring that guests had a positive experience made a lasting impression on me.
In addition to her excellent customer service skills, Alicia also demonstrated strong teamwork and leadership abilities, effectively coordinating with her staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the restaurant.
