We've reviewed your recent interactions with our shop and wanted to clarify things as you left out the facts.When you initially approached us you asked for an extension for your existing bimini top. One that would continue from your existing bimini top and provide shade to the passengers on the front of the boat. we provided a clear explanation of the work involved and a quote, which you agreed to. We also offered recommendations for better results, but you opted to proceed with your original request.Subsequently, you changed your preferences multiple times during the project. Once we complete your original request. You came in and questioned why we were using your existing bimini top canvas and extending from there. Reason being, because it was agreed upon that we were creating an EXTENTION for your existing bimini top. We never discussed replacing the existing canvas. Then you questioned why the existing bimini top did not cover more of the back section of the boat. Again, because it was agreed upon that we would create an EXTENTION for your existing bimini top and not replace the frame. Rather than continue the back and forth we agreed to replace the existing bimini top canvas and extend the rear bar of the bimini top at only material cost. Once the revised work was complete you came in and argued that your boat cover would not work with the new bimini top fittings and tubings and wanted us to modify your cover free of charge. We understand your frustration, but we cannot absorb additional costs for the modifications that you requested.We strive to provide quality service while maintaining fairness to all our customers. As such, we cannot provide further modifications free of charge.We appreciate your understanding of this matter and wish you the best on your future endeavors!
