        The front desk people are horrible. Their customer service is ZERO stars. They are rude, slow, and so no professionalism whatsoever. For people working in healthcare should be much better. I only reason come here is for the doctor. I do recommend Dr. Shiozaki. He is good for what I need and is friendly and good at his job. He does speak a bit quick but not an issue for me. The nurse that did my basic vitals and drew my blood was good as well. She was very friendly and explained things very well.  If I could see the doctor at a better location that was still close to my house, I would 100% go there instead of this location.
