Food is good but the employees leave a lot to be desired. I've tried giving them multiple chances. One night I headed over 45 minutes before closing and they said they're closed despite the sign on the door saying they were open for another 45. Another I asked for peanut butter cup perfection and within walking from the ice cream to the counter the employee forgot my order and went with some random order with a brownie and fudge. Ordered a dou-lightful peanut butter and the only thing they did right was put peanut butter in it. I suggest not coming here unless the quality of employees is improved. I have updated my review as once again they messed up the order AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE

Had craving for ice cream one night, and came into this location. Ice cream was great, but I was very impressed with the service on how quick it and professional it was. I believe there was a gentleman there named Genesis (hopefully this is how you spell his name), he was on point. Very sharp, attentive to customers, and was quick to service my wife and I. By the way he approached and engaged with us, I thought he was the manager of the shop. Awesome customer service. Please extend our thanks to Genesis.
