        Great service, food fresh at all times (well whenever we go), and very friendly. I love the fact that they don't run out of condiments, and they have pretty quick service. Good area with plenty of parking. Right off 91 freeway.

        Worst PE ever, if I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a panda bowl with the sizzling shrimp and the server just put half a spoon of rice, veggies and shrimp on the plate and I asked her "is that it?" She gave me a blank stare and said do you want more I'll gladly charge you extra, and I said "that's not even a full bowl!" All the other PE locations give one scoop full of whatever item you ask for. This server literally rationed my food. I'm never coming back to this Scrooge McDuck establishment...
