        Had an unpleasant experience with Branch Manager Ashley. I was referred to her by a friend because I had some issues with my account. Said Ashley was really nice and could probably help me. The whole interaction Ashley just seemed to not want to help or care. At the end of the visit instead of saying have a great day or thank you for choosing Chase I got Next time so and so sends me problems, they should let me know and Im gonna tell them. It was not professional and didnt understand her rudeness if I was never rude to her. Left me with an unpleasant feeling and not wanting to bank with Chase ever again! Chase customer service had advised me I could walk in to the branch for immediate assistance with my account. All her answers to any of my questions were schedule an appointment in the app over and over. It felt like she didnt like something about me personally which I dont understand.
