    I ordered three locks on-line from this company.  They flagged my Credit Card.  I complied and gave them the information to proceed with the sale.  I asked shipping to confirm I would receive my shipment on time.  The girl in the shipping department was extremely rude (Shipping should not be taking sales calls if they do not know how to handle customer service).  I paid to have the door lock delivered by Wednesday and I ordered the locks on Sunday.  The gruff lady on the phone told me it was business days.  Well I ordered on a Sunday and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are three business days.  I told her I would have to cancel my order's if she could not insure my package would be thereon time I was leaving town.  I later received an email with the shipment coming on Wednesday and it never showed the order was cancelled and my money refunded. In fact when I called to talk to Sales Evon who was in accounting answered a sales call.  Evon proceeded to tell me my money had not been refunded but she could handle it.  The third day Wednesday after a shipping clerk sent one package with one lock.  And did not send the other package with two locks that I had a deadline to receive.  BAD, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I believe this company would have had good result as long as you didn't have to talk with a shipping clerk who really did not care about her job.  Plus, these folks do not have a check and balance system to track there order for customer service.

    CALLED IN FOR TECH SUPPORT WHILE TRYING TO INSTALL A KEYLESS ENTRY KIT FOR A CUSTOMER, GOT PUSHED AROUND TO TWO DIFFERENT TECHS. 2ND ONE WAS QUITE RUDE. SENDING KIT BACK WHERE IT CAME FROM GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. THANKSBUTNOTHANKS.
