We bought our beach house with the assistance of Joe Wyban who was the leading factor in closing the deal ! We were up against more than 17 offers! He is pro-active without being pushy! He has a calm manner and unique style which made me feel at ease. Also, I feel his confident demeanor aided in his negotiating expertise. He would actively inform and meet us at every showing (some realtors will only send an e-mail.) All documentation was completed without any hassle.
