I know it's hyperbolic to say someone "changed your life", but if anyone is capable of helping you do something as grand as this - it's Ashleigh. Through her direct, spiritual and empathetic approach she has helped me have a better relationship with my husband, my mother and most importantly myself. I think of her less as a traditional therapist and more as a life-coach helping you figure out this messy and beautiful life. Surrender to the process and watch the transformation.
