Farmers Insurance - Ryan Warner

Sleazy.I had just one interaction with them based on an advertisement they sent to our house for fire insurance.   The advertisement indicated they were insuring homes in our neighborhood when in fact they were not.  It was a marketing scam.  They had sold renters insurance to a neighbor which then, they claim, entitled them to send mailers to the entire neighborhood claiming they also sold fire insurance in the area.It wasted a lot of our time before we discovered it was a scam.

Ryan has been very responsive to our needs, and has been pro-active in keeping us well informed. He reached out to let us know about the CA insurance commission's new rate structures, and how that was going to affect our policies. We were able to work with him to keep our premiums at acceptable levels of cost/coverage. Additionally Ryan was able to find us an umbrella policy after our existing carrier recently somewhat arbitrarily reduced our coverage. We highly recommend Ryan Warner at Farmers Insurance.

Veronica was so helpful with processing my earthquake policy. I had a miserable experience at another office that refused to assist me.  Veronica went out of her way to call into the company because I wasn't able to get the information processed by telephone myself. I was extremely happy that she took the time to call in and get my renewal payment processed. Kudos!
