Mathieu's great! He knows a lot about the area as well as how much it would cost to fix and renovate homes. He helped me find the perfect fixer upper. 10/10 would recommend.

I met Mathieu randomly at an open house. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to find me the right home, going to new listings and recording walkthroughs when I was remote. 10/10 would work with again.

Mathieu is great. He answered all of our questions, walked us through the house-buying process, and helped us get a house much faster than we imagined. It was a pleasant experience.

Mathieu helped us buy our first home. He was very flexible in his scheduling, and listened to our concerns about our schedule (we had a newborn at the time), and listened when I said I wanted to see multiple houses at once so that I didnt have to take the newborn out for just one house. We never felt pressured to buy a house he showed us, (like with a prior realtor we worked with) and with each house we would say what we liked and didnt like, and next houses he would try to meet those likes/dislikes. With our house we finally bought, we were initially outbid, so we kept looking for other houses. Got outbid on those other houses too (crazy market), and the people who outbid us on the first house, fell through so he immediately called us to ask if we were still interested, which we were. We put back in our original bid, and got things they initially denied, like an inspection. We are happy in our home, and all our friends and family love it too. Thanks Mathieu
