I usually give medical places benefit of the doubt because I know its not an easy profession but this is starting to get ridiculous. Ive been calling all day, no one is answering the phones. The nurse Kelly is judgmental and condescending even when trying to make light pleasant conversation I.e. rolling eyes. When you go in for appointments you can expect to wait 30+ minutes after your appointment time to be seen. Highly disappointed and very frustrated.

This place changed my life and I couldn't be happier, thanks to Dr. Dawson! I went here last year per the recommendation of another doctor to get help with the periods from hell and she looked at the recommendation, asked important questions about my issues, and came up with a brilliant plan to help me live a great life! She then explained EVERYTHING and made sure I had support the whole time. When my insurance tried to say it wasn't necessary, she stood up for me and made sure they knew how important it was! The staff was also very friendly and was more than happy to answer my questions, and all in all these wonderful people made sure that I was well taken care of and supported! Thanks to this whole process, I now get to live a happier and more care free life!

It was the worst experience ever with this clinic, too. Horrible... there is a triage nurse, I think her name is Dabbie; she is the rudest person ever. When I called her to tell about my health issue and make an appointment ASAP, she event didn't want to listen to me. Instead of helping me, she said, "why you are calling me, call to appointment desk." If I didn't need to make an urgent appointment, I wouldn't call her ever. It has happened so many times, and I feel so upset each time after talking to her. For that reason, I decided to write comments. Moreover, it is very difficult to reach her. When I left voice massages, she had never called me back. As RN students, we learn that each health care provider's main goal should be providing patient centered care. Unfortunately, I feel like their main goal is not patient care... just doing their job to earn money. Hopefully, the management can change that kind of employee's bad attitude. In fact, each patient is expecting human kindness from the health care providers, not rudness.
