Marconi Family Dental & Specialty Group

Last year, I received dental treatment covered by insurance, but unfortunately, the fillings fell off within six months. Since then, I have relocated to a different city and have been attempting to coordinate with the clinic regarding insurance coverage for treatment with another dentist. However, they have informed me that it is not possible. I must admit, I am disappointed with their approach. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Look for a dental care somewhere else. Very unprofessional. They dont deserve one star. They dont answer phone calls. They keep reschedule your appointment same day of your already scheduled appointment. This keep on and on. This is so far the worst dentist clinic I have ever been.

These people are always friendly and actually care about their patients. The Dr. And staff are welcoming and always are about me, the patient when I walk into the office. My blood pressure was too high for them to do what needed to be done and I appreciate that. I was reading all the comments about how they don't answer the phone and it's probably because they are doing their jobs of dental assistant and they don't have time. I just leave a message and I get a call back that day! I will have my family be going here, that's for sure! Thanks!

Please do not go here for a prosthodontist.  He literally told me "I can not help you" after waiting and making me go through full mouth xrays.  What a waste of time.  Not to mention the people who answer the phone are illiterate.  Also unsanitary conditions for current times.  If you get a bad feeling when calling to make an appointment, go with your gut.
