This is the worst dental office. My mom had a crown done by Dr. Baban on November 27. January 20 this crown fell off!!!! Imagine missing front tooth. The following Monday we scheduled an appointment at 13:15 (of course we came earlier, like they always threatening patients to change for being late) we were seen at 15:20!! But this is not all!! The main issue is that the office personnel made a statement that we have to pay $800 for the new crown!! Seriously?! Just because the crown was not properly installed, fell out and now its my mamas fault? Absolutely not recommend! Bunch of crooks that trying to make money of poor people. Shame!

On January 20, my son had two wisdom teeth removed, there are no complaints about that. We came to this dentist office on a referral from the insurance company. Yesterday he wrote to them that he had an unpleasant odor in his mouth, they made an appointment for him today on January 24 at 1:50 pm. At the same time, he wrote to them and asked if there was another time. They had no other time, but at the same time he did not give them consent for 1:50. But still, we arrived on time, and in the end he waited for more than an hour. They accepted everyone who arrived later than him for an appointment, but he still waited. He asked what was the matter, he was told there werent enough staff. We were waiting for him in the car. He wrote that there was no toilet, but he needed it. It turns out that the toilet is somewhere behind the door, which you wont immediately see. My son thought it was for the staff. Damn, at least put up a sign that the toilet is available for customers. I went to them asking why my son was waiting so long. There is not enough staff, they answered me. As a result, their son asked them to re-register, to which we were told to make an appointment with your dentist. Accordingly, the reception did not take place. If you cant serve that many clients, why are you making appointments? As a result, we made an appointment with our dentist.

Had Root canal done on crowned tooth. The Dr did a really good job. Interesting detail the Dr rolled a music speaker around with him. :) an yes used it

The staff is nice , organized & hardworking . Thanks to them I am very happy after a bad experience at another dental office . They got me in for a consultation then treated my situation as urgent as it was . Thank you .

If the doctor is not free why are you calling the patient to come early and you keep them wait longer than 3 hours. The worst dental office I ever seen in my life. In this modern time. They let you know to come 30 minutes early but when you come here in office they keep you longer than 3 hours so the doctor see you
