Carmichael Park Apartments

If you like mold, having no water one week of each month, (bed) bugs, black widow nests, no parking, constant noise from poorly done renovations/construction, and rude management/staff, this is the spot for you! Dont mind that you could live somewhere better for a similar price, lock yourself in here. Dont believe any of the problems? The current lease includes clauses where you cant complain about any of them or use them to break your lease. Yep, the problems are so prevalent they are attempting to safe guard against losing residents.

So far the experience has been great. I love my unit. The ladies in the office have done a great job assisting me with the transition of a new move. They are also very quick to respond to any of my concerns.  They also welcomed me with a cute basket of cleaning supplies !

I have lived here 2 years now , I can say this complex is great . I have not had any theft or anything happen here , Ive had two maintenance calls the entire time being here and the problems were fixed immediately. Maintenance is five star they wave,smile and get to know all tenants makes it feel more like a community . The office staff is amazing as well they have always been understanding and friendly. When I first moved in I have the income to rent but my credit was not great but they gave me the chance which no other apartments did because of credit , I have had nothing but great experiences from this complex affordable , comfortable , and friendly . Five star all the way keep up the amazing work !! (P.s as for the other reviews about the mildew , learn to wash your window seals with bleach like normal people 😂😂😂 keeping a clean house with cleaners with will do a world of difference this is an occurance no matter where you live ))) just saying
