I have been a tenant for a few years and love it here. The management and office personnel are very pleasant. Any problems are dealt with in a timely manner. I would recommend this property as it is quiet and gated and close to all shopping needs.

Can you guys please do something about the loud dog next to the office it sounds like it just barks all day. Even with my window closed I can still hear it which is extremely annoying. Smokers everywhere smells horrible. Can't wait to move out.

I have lived at Rivers edge for over 5 years and i have never felt more at home as i have living here. The staff and maintenance are amazing. Timely repairs, quiet, gated in a great community. During Covid the management really made sure we were taken care of which says allot.

I have lived here for a year and a half and it's been one of my favorite places to live. Very quiet, great neighbors, and even better staff. They definitely go above and beyond with the customer service and maintenance when you really need it. They have many grass areas for the dogs as well as a dog run and free doggie bags everywhere to keep it clean. The apartments themselves are pretty big and the AC works great! Very happy to have one in both my room and the living room. I will miss living here and highly recommend it!
