I do not drink, but I am a caretaker for a wine conesore and they send me up to our lival store: Magic Marksy in Pensacola, Florida to get just this for them. .

We had an amazing time with their wine and cheese pairing. The wine and cheese selections were excellent, but what really stole the show was Grace. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As someone who doesn't have a lot of experience with wine, tastings can be a bit intimidating. Grace made us feel very comfortable and helped us understand all the differences so we could appreciate the unique flavors of each pour. We were laughing and smiling throughout the entire experience. It was exceptionally fun and we will most certainly be coming back!

Decent tasting room from a well known winemaker. $40 for 5 small pours seems like a bit much but it is Carmel.

In all the vineyards and wine tasting rooms I have been too, Talbott was very special to me. Wonderful experience, best Chardonnays and Brut that I have EVER had. Before this tasting room, I was not a huge Chardonnay fan or Brut fan. Both are mind blowing! And to top it off, Grace was absolutely wonderful. She waited on us three times throughout the week and really made our experience special. If you are looking for original, look no further. Also their Fidelity Pinot Noir is an excellent wine. I highly recommend the Legacy Flight and ANY of wine on that list.

We had a fantastic time at Talbott's tasting room! Our host, Marcus, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. Full disclosure, we work for the winery's sales arm on the East Coast, but we still learned so much about the history and vineyards. Thank you Marcus for a lovely afternoon in Carmel!
