Zak was absolutely fantastic to work with, he listened to what we wanted and needed, and only shared properties with us that had potential and were within the price range we defined. Plus he knows the area very well and understands market pricing. During our time with Zak, he was consistently respectful, professional, available, patient, and he never pressured us.
