I have been a patient here for the last 2 1/2 years. I must say that the staff here is the best! Each time that I have been in for either a regular cleaning or an emergency visit, the experience has been excellent! I went in today for a broken crown. From the moment I checked in at the front desk until I walked out of the front door, I was treated with a friendly attitude in a very professional environment. All of Dr. Browns assistants were phenomenal. There was no pain or discomfort during the whole procedure. One of the assistants even recommended a movie for me to watch during the hour and a half I spent in the chair. Dr. Brown is very efficient and professional along with his excellent bedside manner. He is really good at explaining everything that is involved with the procedure. Thank you all at Dr. Browns office.

I'll be as detailed as possible, because I've been going for two+ years and had my first dental work (two fillings yesterday). I love the technology, the staff are mostly very friendly and locations are great. It can sometimes be difficult to fit in appointments (scheduled 1+month out for a filling but can almost always fit in a cleaning when needed). A couple of things stood out to me 1. Dr. Brown was very accommodating and understanding of dental anxieties, however when he finished his part (somewhat mid-late exam) he just... left. No goodbyes, no explanation of handoffs to his assistant or anything. It felt very transactional and confusing, and I still had 20+ more minutes of work to be done on me, which leads me to point 2... 2. The quality of work/rigor on the tooth needed a fairly large follow up appointment the next day for bite adjustment. I've had follow ups before for bite adjustments, but the level that my filling was not adjusted to my bite was REALLY off, and we needed to adjust the floss gap as well the next day. In my (unfortunately many) fillings over the years, this one needed the biggest adjustment and follow up to. Everything feels fine now, but overall the experience wasn't the best.
