I had an amazing experience with this firm, referring a friend of mine to them for their 2022 taxes. Kenny Evans was the most professional and kind accountant that I've ever worked with. He always answered my calls, was either busy or out of office at appropriate times because I understand he is busy, and he communicated through email consistently, a great format for communication. He was never late with any paperwork and did a good job with my friend's taxes. I would give the firm more than five stars if the option was there. And needless to say, I will recommend them to anyone that I want to have a good experience, because of the courtesy and the kindness they showed me.

Came in for my taxes, this year with a few changes. Jennifer was SO EASY to work with. Every stupid question I had she was quick to respond about, and everything was a breeze.

This is the second year I've used E3 Coastal Advisors, LLP, since my long-time CPA retired. I can't say enough positive things about Jennifer Evans! She sent out the tax prep packet in January through USPS, as well as an email explaining all the options for tax preparation. Although I've done in person, online, downloaded, uploaded, photographed docs, etc. in the past years, this year, (due to home internet issues), I mailed my documents, etc. to Jennifer. She prepared my tax return quickly, returned my documents and papers for my signature and will file my return electronically.She even emailed my prepared return to my financial advisor to make sure I that I didn't overlook providing any information. It was so easy and stress free! No matter your preferred style of getting your taxes done, they offer it!    Everything was completed efficiently and competently! I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is a priority!
