Mike Farrell recently represented us as our Buyer Agent on a property in Oceanside, and Mike made the overall experience very enjoyable. In our particular case, one of the buyers was a 1st Time Home Buyer, which is always a bit challenging. To assist with that though, Mike was very patient and understanding throughout the process. If I could give more stars I would. Camila was a fantastic choice for us to purchase our first home. Being it was the first time we had SO many questions and Camila was happy to answer each and every one through the entire process. Plus she works on a team so we also had Mike available to assist us as well. Both of them worked so hard to get us the best deal and we truly feel like they did! We ended up getting the first home we put an offer on (I know we also had a little luck on our side)! They were patient and really available- they always answer our calls or text immediately. They had contacts for a loan officer, home inspector..ect and everyone we worked with through them was great, responsive, and helpful! Thank you Camila and Mike for helpings us get our first home!

Justin went out of his way to show us many houses throughout San Diego county. He was always professional engaging and easy to work with. As we got into escrow he continued to provide us updates and answered all of our questions to make a stressful situation very smooth.

I can't say enough good things about Mike Farrell! I first met him about 3 1/2 years ago, and although that transaction did not go through, I remembered him to complete two home purchases and one sale recently. He is honest and trustworthy-does what he says he will-thorough, accurate, super-friendly and is available almost immediately. If he does not know the answer, he will find out quickly, and has contacts for almost any situation. I am very happy to have worked with him and plan to in the future. A truly great human and outstanding real estate professional!
