My experience working with Timothy Kerrigan and his team has been nothing short of perfection. Any time I had questions or concerns, he addressed and answered them in a timely manner. He worked extra hard when it came time to show my home and we were under contract within 4 days after the open house. The whole team is extremely helpful and patient which was needed because this was my first time selling a home. He set realistic expectations and laid out the whole process for me beforehand. I will readily and happily recommend Timothy and his team for future transactions and I am extremely happy that we chose them.

Timothy did an outstanding job selling my home. He is knowledgeable and professional and treated me and my family with care and respect. Knowing we had to sell due to an incredibly difficult family situation, he got right to work and literally held my hand through a process I had never been through before. He scheduled private showings and open houses to ensure that my home had as much exposure as possible, which resulted in multiple offers. He responded to questions and concerns promptly and he made me feel as if I was his most important client. I was introduced to Timothy Kerrigan through a friend of mine and from start to finish he was excellent to work with. This was my first home purchase and Timothy really helped make the process as easy and efficient as possible. Not only did he help find and recommend properties, he even provided video walk-throughs for me when I was out of town. Timothy is incredibly organized and responsive. Working with Kerrigan Homes was the best experience for me when I was looking for commercial property.
