After living on Laurel Road in Fire Mountain for 25 years we decided to sell our house and find a smaller single-level home. We talked to several local agents but decided and trusted that Meghan Meihaus was the right agent to list and market our home. I was introduced to Meghan Meihaus through a mutual friend. My fianc and I were looking to move to Oceanside from Orange County CA. Meghan was extremely helpful explaining the first time home buying process. She was more than willing to meet us to show us properties, and extremely knowledgable about the market. When we were looking (1H 2023) the market was extremely competitive. Offers were still coming in over asking on some of the properties and people were waiving conditions left and right; all the while Meghan was patient with us as we learned how to get aggressive enough (and when to get aggressive) to get a house under contract. It took a few shots on goal but we finally got one under contract and Meghan was extremely helpful guiding us through the process.
