My house (due to divorce) went up for sale yesterday. A realtor from Allison James (name's Joan Haroldson) showed up at my house unannounced after I just got home from work. I had the Roomba on & having a beer while doing work on my laptop in the dining room. No warning, call or anything. I live in a gated community & don't expect guests. I was naturally embarrassed & she had the nerve to rush the potential buyers through. More like "nothing to see here, move along". She interrupted me & the buyer's wife several times to say "let's move along." My agent was livid! Never want to see her around my home again!

I thought everything was going ok it wasnt. I found out neither the realtor or the escrow company knew I needed a separate title ( mobile home)in addition to the land tital tgat the home sits on. They SHOULD have known. Professional NEGLIGENCE

I got a house and didn't get a title for it because the realtor didn't do her job and the escrow company dropped the ball too. My advice not only get another realtor get an attorney at closing even though you don't have to have one in California. You NEED one because the realtor doesn't always know what they're doing / She didn't care. She got paid a lot of money and did a half ass job. Unbelievably irresponsible. I've had to get an attorney to fix this mess.

Kyra Thompson is the most condescending rude person I have ever come across in my life.  She evidently thinks she is better than everyone else and can talk to people any way she wants and that's ok.
