Unbelievably rude ladies that work there, every single time. What a terrible experience whenever I have to simply pick up my pets medication. Good thing I have Rite aid pharmacy on Avenida encinas for my personal medication. night and day difference.

You always need to call to get an update on your prescription. Then it miraculously gets filled. Its like you need to babysit this pharmacy.

Costco is my jam and the pharmacy has good prices but they can be slow getting your meds readylike days to weeks

Attempted to verify my prescription before battling the drive across town to the store. After sitting on hold for over 20 minutes, I was told by the pharmacy that a patient is not allowed to ask whether the pharmacy has enough medicine on hand to fill their monthly prescription, the call must come from my doctors office. Apparently we cannot be advocates of our own health in Costcos eyes? For those of us that dont have the luxury of our doctors office having enough staff to sit on hold for 23 minutes to check on one patients Rx, we are simply forced to go to another pharmacy. Not only was the call a complete waste of time, but I also got the pleasure of being patronized by the gal on the other end of the line. Walmart is looking decent at this rate, which should really be telling Customer Service could use a little help Costco.

I have been a Costco customer for 16 years. What a wonderful company. Products and service of the best quality. The pharmacy manager at Costco Carlsbad is the exception. What a rude, rude woman, with no interest in serving the customer. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this woman!!! Never to return!
