unprofessional warehouse management and the manager is barely their half the time spends barely any time in the warehouse in a 8 hour day and does not have good communication with his team when engineers ask him questions he ask the team for answers because he doesnt know how to answer them , their is no structure at all after wasting some time working their I can tell you their is no growth especially with 60 cent raises how much more of a joke can that be they have a lot of work to do as a company, team work doesnt exist its every man for himself.
