Joe and his team came in on super short notice to do a quick update and refresh on a property I was preparing to list, and not only did they come in under budget, they also finished almost 2 weeks earlier than anticipated! They knocked the job out quickly but with expertise and attention to detail and truly went above and beyond for me! The interior and exterior paint was flawless, they did asbestos abatement for me and scraped the popcorn off the ceiling to make the house look beautiful and turn-key. I will definitely be using this company again for my next big home project! Phenomenal work!

High quality work delivered on time & on budget. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mastercraft Improvement for a bathroom renovation project, and I cannot express how impressed I am with their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence. We had interviewed and received bids from 10+ contracting firms (as we've had less than pleasant renovation experiences in the past), and are so glad we went with Mastercraft. From the initial consultation with Laura the designer & Brian the Contractor to the final touches, the team at Mastercraft Improvement demonstrated a level of skill and dedication that surpassed my expectations. The project manager, Jeremiah, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my vision for the bathroom. He provided valuable insights and suggestions, ensuring that the final design would not only meet my needs but also exceed them. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I was kept informed about the progress, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly. This level of transparency and responsiveness made the renovation journey much smoother and less stressful than other renovations we've done in the past. The craftsmanship displayed by Mastercraft Improvement is truly commendable. The attention to detail and precision in their workmanship were evident in every aspect of the project from Patrick who dropped off the trailer, to Casey who did the demo, to Aaron who did electrical & Edgar who absolutely rocked the drywall (and many other parts) and Jonathan who did all of the tile work - truly everyone was fantastic. I can not stress enough how OUTSTANDING Jonathan's tile work came out & how helpful he was to guide us through making discussions about grout and color schemes. The whole team took pride in their work, and it showed in the quality of the finished product. What also sets Mastercraft Improvement apart is their commitment to timelines. The project was started & completed on schedule, and they adhered to the agreed-upon timeline & budget without compromising the quality of their work. This reliability is a testament to their professionalism and organizational skills. Throughout the renovation, the team demonstrated a high level of respect for my home. They maintained a clean and organized work environment, minimizing disruptions to my daily routine. The care they took in protecting surrounding areas from dust and debris was greatly appreciated as we have small children at home. Laura the designer also helped us find materials that were in our budget and helped guide us on what items would be worth it to splurge vs save. I would have been lost without her guidance and feedback on the design!! In conclusion, my experience with Mastercraft Improvement was nothing short of exceptional. They not only met but exceeded my expectations for a bathroom renovation. I have worked with many contractors over the years, but Joe and his company Mastercraft Home Improvement by far blew them all away - there is not even a chance for comparison. Mastercraft did a complete kitchen remodel and new flooring in my home of 21 years after a water intrusion issue when I listed the home I had so many offers and everybody couldnt stop talking about the kitchen and how beautiful it was. They then came to my new home and did work there as well. Every single employee of this company is a professional in his or her trade, so you dont have Jacks of all trades doing multiple things like other contractors do (one day tile, next day drywall and plumbing, etc.). I love this because each of them was a true artisan and took the time to make the work stand out and look phenomenal. They are super cognizant of your space and just want to make you happy. They are clean and punctual and accommodating, and you know what work will be done each day. The results are absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Mastercraft Home Improvement and have shared them with many clients, friends and neighbors.

Mastercrafthi remodeled our 22 year old kitchen and laundry room from ground up. Overall project was executed well. 4.5* would have been more appropriate but I decided to give 5* due to their skills in certain areas, responsiveness, always on time, and good communication with us. The goods are: Team was highly responsive, professionals, and very accommodating to our requests. Everyone worked hard without exception and everyone was pleasant and respectful including Brad and Spencer. We were very pleased with that. A couple of people I would like to single out. Alex the carpenter was fantastic and extremely skilled, resourceful, saved multiple situations that could have been bad without him. Thank you Alex for a phenomenal job. Our backsplash tiles were ribbon mesh type that each tile consists of at least 15 small and large pieces that need to be cut carefully and laid out properly. Johnny the tile guy did a great job, was very patient, skilled, took his time measuring and was very accurate laying out the tiles. The final backsplash product was amazing. Thank you Johnny for a job well done. Overall the final completed kitchen and laundry room were much better than what we expected. Thanks to all involved including project manager Gabe and general manager Bryan. The not so goods are: Countertop fabricator and subcontractor to Mastercrafthi did an okay job. The owner dismissed our concerns and needs, the subcontractor team was understaffed, rushed the work and did bad job calking certain sections. I would not recommend them. Drywall work and final texturing is average at best. I would recommend that Mastercrafthi hires a better skilled person for drywall work in general. Communication between management and professionals doing the work could have been better. Some errors has occurred but corrected later, not a big deal but still I would recommend that Mastercrafthi implement better procedure for proper communication between management and professionals doing the actual work. So the 4.5-5*s is well deserved. I will definitely consider Mastercrafthi for future remodeling projects and I definitely recommend them. Job well done guys. Thanks a million. Antoine
