Farmers Insurance - Brian Reichert

Awful experience with Brian Reichert! Cancelled my home & auto insurance in November. For some reason they did not cancel my auto insurance as requested & now they expect be to pay for the 2 weeks of coverage that was suppose to be cancelled. Brian will not return calls or emails. Terrible customer service!!!!

This is by far the worst company I've ever worked with. I was with Farmers for approximately a year, and everything that could have gone wrong has. When Farmers informed me that they would no longer accept monthly payments, and using Google Earth, they determined that I had too many items around the outside of my house and wanted to cancel my policy, I decided to leave. Anyway, I switched to another company on 7-22-23, and Farmers is billing me until the middle of August for $113.50. My cancellation date has been verified multiple times, and Brian's team told us the overcharge was resolved. Today, I received notice from Farmers that we have been placed in collections!

We have never met in person but Brian is super helpful, very nice , patient and loyal Best agent I've ever dealt with. Once he wasn't available and they tried to give me another agent and I refuse I told them that I want Ryan and guess what Brian called me and settled everything that was an issue.

Have my car insurance policy with them since 2021. Brian has connections with car dealerships to promote his agency. Bought my car from a dealership in Carlsbad and obviously didn't want to deal with finding auto insurance. Everything was going great until they keep INCREASING my auto insurance despite being a good driver/no car accidents, etc. Brian claims it's due to inflation, but when I spoke to another agent, he kept me at the same rate Lol. And then I added another person to my policy, but when I asked to remove her, my auto insurance INCREASED $100. how does that make any sense? So I asked Aiden and Melanie, who are assistants to this agency almost 4 days ago regarding this and received no response after taking a $513 payment from my bank account. This agency sucks now & I can't wait to get rid of this agency once I upgrade to a new car. They have no loyalty.
